My complaint:
I was advised that one of my limited deals that I had won was out of stock. I kept on getting notifications stating to choose another item but no matter which item I chose, I could not select it. I got in contact with customer service twice and did nothing. The first one couldn’t understand my issue and the second one told me how to order an item. I was sent this notification about 5 times and could never choose an item. I wanted a Samsung watch but couldn’t get it. Tried other items but couldn’t get them either. I tried to get an item about 50 times. And now I just checked and they refunded my $2 instead. I WANTED A WATCH but no one could help me.
