My complaint:

I bought an item on 20.febr. They shipping deadline was 6. may, which is very far away. Its an over 100USD Electronic stuff, so i think they should send it registered way. The tracking number is: LX021889471CN. It stopped to move after 23. febr. I tried to communicate with the CS meanwhile, but they were very cynical, and didnt gave direct answer for my questions, just bla, bla. So may 6. is came, but the pack is nowhere. I asked them for refund, but they just said i should wait one more week. The daedline was over. I didnt get it. Anyway im asking them : from which rule this 1 week comes, and it could means thet they will just put an other (or more) weeks if this will be over at 13. may? No response. This is not CS, they are thief ,whos are protecting the seller. They shoul be for the buyer.

Suggested solution:

Give me straight answer, when they will pay back my money.
