My complaint:
I have had 6 transactions done fraudulently from my bank account of which 3 have been fully refunded back into my account. The other 3 have gone into WISH CASH, £79.20, I have asked for this amount to go straight back to my account as it came from there in the first place i am getting no where with wish, also I have now received another email saying my recent purchase has been suspended and I now need to verify my photo to it’s me.
Suggested solution:
I want the full amount of the 79.20 back into my bank where they took it from not a wish cash balance I then want the account shut down I will not be purchasing anything from them again or verifying any account. Please help, thanks
