Wish complaint: Non delivery of product

My complaint:

Hey ordered a product on May 8 th They have had several delivery times dates since this day They have told me twice that they have refunded my money starting with June 30th I should have received it on the 14th of July I contacted them on the 16th of July now they tell me it will be the 30th of July that I will receive my money. Then I told them it was not acceptable They told me that my product would be delivered on July 30th You cannot contact them directly You cannot speak to them directly. I feel they’re a scam and they should not be allowed to conduct business in the United States of America

Suggested solution:

They need to refund my money of $150 plus an inconvenience fee of $150 in addition to canceling all of my current orders and refund the moneys I have paid for those to include another $1,000 for their inability to complete orders in a timely manner and for being an inefficient retailer in the United States of America and for making false promises that they did not fulfill breach of contract

3 years ago - This is a Chinese company and had I known that from the get-go I would have never ever ordered from them I buy American and they did not inform me that they are a Chinese company They are corporated in Delaware and they have an office and California I believe San Francisco I may be wrong bottom line is her Chinese Don't buy from them
