My complaint:
I ordered 2 items back in May. After 6 weeks (!) they said ‘delivery window’ was now 9 June.
Didn’t arrive.
They moved ‘delivery window’ to June 16th.
Didn’t arrive.
They moved ‘delivery window’ to July 1st.
Didn’t arrive.
They have now moved ‘delivery window’ to August 9th. Do you see the pattern here?!!
Suggested solution:
REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!
