My complaint:
I ordered a sports watch in May and tracked everything month where my item is. You said arrival time September and then due to covid October.
I am busy and cannot keep on checking. Today is the 8th October and my goods has not arrived. Now yall are telling me that I missed the window for refunds. This is my first time buying from u and this is the service terrible. There is no communication from your side as to the updates of the items,besides that my phone was in for repairs as well.
Suggested solution:
I either what the item I bought or my money back
