My complaint:
I placed an order 600bd8b27415a84fa73df212 on 23rd Jan and when it arrived on the 25th Jan it was not what I expected so as per the wish return service I can return within 20 days and they said they would send me a return label to my email, despite chasing no return label has been sent and when I followed up with customer service it just stated to request a return which I have done so on numerous occasions
Suggested solution:
send me the return email to my email address ASAP
