My complaint:

I misspelled my email to bobydharnnpl@gmail.com INSTEAD of bobydharannepal@gmail.com. As a result i do not see email from Wish to return the damage item.
I have been writing to them (7 times today) and they auto respond to email saying go to your email and follow the process. I try to explain to them in email 7 times that i misspelled my email and i cannot perform that action.
Instead they keep just sending the auto generated email saying go to email.

In the past 10 days i wrote to them where the status of my issue is and they have ignored me and not responded to me. I really want to return the damage item and looking to hear from them.
They do not have the customer support calls working. I asked for them to call me and provided my number in email and still they have not bothered to call nor reply to my 7 emails i send.

I really wish for WISH to take this seriously and read my email carefully or call to resolve my problem.

Please call me or read the email i send and respond to me. Do not ignore me please. Like i stated in email i misspelled my email. How can i return the item when the wish email is not come to my inbox?
