My complaint:

Ordered and received a Cell Phone from Wish. reported immediately that item is poor quality. defective and wrong specs. Wish accepted and promised 3 times to refund within 48 hours. Followed up each time and got new promise of 48 hours. They accepted that seller is not responding. Got fed up and raised dispute with Pay Pal. The wish promised that cancel the dispute and we will issue immediate refund. I did not know it is a trick and trap. I cancelled the dispute although Pay Pal told me not to do this as I will not be able to reactivate it. I believed Wish but now Wish is not keeping the promise. I am pissed off by Wish. False promises 3 times. Every time new promise. I am now convinced Wish wants to eat up my money.

Since Wish promised refund they should immediately refund my amount along with shipping cost.
