My complaint:
I had placed an order of a punk style women wallet with Order ID: 5fbb915bd23e533191704a3f on 25th of November 2019 but didn’t get any updates on it. I tracked the status of this order today i.e. 5th of January 2020 and it was nowhere to be found.
I am writing this complaint just to get a refund of the payment to my concerned account asap.
Suggested solution:
They should refund the money into my account as early as they can.
