My complaint:
I had ordered a blanket on wish.com on April 28, 2020 and still have not received the blanket. They have changed the delivery date 4 times. I recently sent customer support a request for a refund that I do not wish to continue to wait for the blanket. They had told me I had to wait 30 days from the delivery date for a refund bc I have not received the blanket. There refund policy does not say I have to wait 30 days from the all the delivery dates they changed, it has no mention of any kind saying I have to wait 30 days from the delivery date that they changed it to. Does not even say they can change delivery date. So I feel I should be able to receive my refund without a problem. But whenever I put a message in to customer support about their refund policy they say my message can not be processed. I feel I have been patient about waiting for the blanket long enough and no longer want it and would like a refund put back on my payment method.

The only way to resolve my complaint is to issue me a refund. They also need to review and make any changes needed about changing delivery dates to their return policy.
