My complaint:

I ordered an item in late June, that was supposed to be here by 26th of July. When checking the tracking for my item I noticed that it said that my item had been returned to the merchant and my order cancelled because it was non-deliverable for whatever reason. When I contacted wish to request a refund because my item I had been returned to the merchant without having been given a refund, they told me that I have to wait until October or November to wait for my refund even though they acknowledge that I am due a refund, because the delivery date was pushed back to October 2nd. After going back and forth with emails for 2 days and approximately 20 emails back and forth, now they’ve just started ignoring my emails and won’t even respond to me
