My complaint:

I ordered several items months ago. Two arrived. The rest did not. As I waited, the app informed me that the wait time was going to be significantly longer than what I’d originally been told. I spoke to support via chat and they just told me to continue waiting. I still have not received any of the items, even though they all now show as delivered. I contacted support again and was told the refund window was now CLOSED and they would not be refunding my money. I feel like they’re running a scam, telling people to keep waiting until they can get away with not refunding money or sending items. Not sure what to do now because they owe me close to 100 dollars.
