My complaint:
I ordered 4 items from wish in April 2020 I got 3 items but not a pair of casual shoes I contact wish via message and they said they will refund me well I only got the refund of the shipping then I got a email saying that they were out of that item they owe me $14.00 for the shoes I can’t get in touch with no one from wish except email they keep saying the same thing that they are sorry for not receiving my item that they will look into it
Suggested solution:
Send me my item or my money
They still have over $200 of my money what items I have received have been damaged or the wrong thing.
