My complaint:

My item was ordered in May and scheduled to deliver in june. Never arrived so they continued pushing the delivery date back to now September and will not let me speak directly to a customer support rep nor give me a refund. Even with covid going on this is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND I ABSOLUTELY WANT A REFUND.
