They sold me a counterfeit phone and Wish Support promised a refund pending when I return the product. The agent(s) said they will email me a prepaid label and return instructions after which I can return the product. However, since a week now I have not received the email despite several reminders to Wish Support to no avail. They always have an automated response which does not resolve the issue. I am beginning to feel duped by them and looking for alternative action against Wish.
If they cant email me the prepaid return label as promised then they should give me refund without delay
