Wish complaint: No items received for 7 months

My complaint:

I ordered several items (8 x items) on Wish on 12 June 2020, and up until today (13 Jan 2021) I have not received any of these items. 7 months past and stil nothing received !!!!
On one item (Ring) they said they will Refund me on 30 Sept 2020, but till today I have not received the refund.
How do I go by getting all the items I ordered or cancel the whole order and getting my money back as refund a.s.a.p.

Suggested solution:

Either send me all my items a.s.a.p. or cancel the whole order and refund me the whole amount back
