My complaint:
This email I sent on the 18th Sept 2020:
Good day, this is more a refund issue. I placed an order for 2 items which was supposed to arrive the 30th June 2020. Today is the 18th September and I still haven’t received anything. I checked on my profile now and used the online assistant, only to receive a message saying that I’m not eligible for a refund. Are you kidding me? So I still haven’t received my order and now I can’t get my money back either? This is theft. Please provide me with feedback. Shamiela – shamielajordaan@gmail.com.
I then received feedback from Wish saying that I’m not getting a refund and I won’t get my items either.
My email to Wish on 20th Sept 2020:
I was not aware of the 30 day refund policy but even so, nobody asked me for additional info, if so, kindly provide proof of this.
So do you want to tell me that I can’t get my money back and now I’m not going to get my items either. As I said before, this is theft. I will take this further and will be sure to let people know about the service I got on my first order from Wish. My order 5e8b12b819477d6e4ffc0b80

Give me my money back or send my items. This is a terrible first experience with Wish.
