Complaint: Insisting on a photo of item for returning

My complaint:

Saw an item on website then i got it, however it was not what i expected. I tried to return this item,by going onto the return page, but its impossible, because they insist on asking you to send a photo of the item. I emailed them with the correct model identification, but unless you download a photo of the item, you are stuck!! You cannot proceed to the next step. So i have still got the item but no address to send it back. Why do they need a photo when the id of model number, colour of item etc is enough proof. They need to give a clear address and accept the model id which i have sent them last week!!!

Suggested solution:

1 Accept i cannot take a photo as i do not know how.
2 Please give me a clear address, so i can return this
3 I WOULD LIKE A REFUND
4 I have stress anxiety issues and i am a vulnerable adult and you need to improve your website. Why the insistence of a photo????!!!!
