My complaint:
I ordered over £100 of items, of which WISH were paid immediately Inc large postalshipping fees. I have informed them of items not delivered and also that my transport is off the road at moment so I would not be able to collect other items for collection in Wrexham. I feel that I have been ignored. I have had no reply from WISH, but received partial refund for the items I could not collect, despite telling them!!
Suggested solution:
Resend my order that I initially paid for in full. Investigate deliveries and give a more honest answer or delivery date. Also a cost omer service dept that listens to customers and helps them!!
If my order isn't completed and sent by end of August in full, then I would like a full refund of ALL items paid for. Pic is of empty parcel bag. Delivered but EMPTY!!
