My complaint:
After waiting several weeks for an order of SD cards and adaptors to arrive
i received a small padded envelope containing a piece of red string and a bit of brown plasic (about 4mm big)
No sign of the cards etc
Legend on front of the sealed envelope stated Gods not fulfilling the conditions laid down in articles 28 and 29 on the treaty on the functioning of the Europen Union, this means nothing to me.
The item number is UC919020505YP
Suggested solution:
Either promise to send the items as requested making sure they arrive this time or issue a refund.
