My complaint:
In April 2021, a mobile compressor for bike tyres stopped working.
I bought the pump in June 2020, so according to “Wish’s” quality guarantees I am entitled to a replacement or refund.
So I followed their Customer Support Assistant. Supplied photographs and descriptions of failure. As requested also informed Seller Chigua.
Seller requested other checks which I carried out, then accepted liability and for Wish to refund the full cost.
It is now three months later still no settlement from “Wish” .
They keep on requesting the same information over and over again.
At least twenty different Customer Support personnel have replied asking for the same information or go back through their Customer Support Assistant.
Round and round in circles.
Suggested solution:
Seller has Agreed that the component is faulty agreed for the cost to be refunded by “Wish”.
However they have not followed their own policy, which should have seen the customer refunded.
This is not he case and three months on still waiting.
