My complaint:
I ordered two items from wish May 2nd they told me that it would be here in the middle of May then when that day came they told me that it would be here today now today come now they told me it’s not going to be here till June 22nd I ordered these items for myself for my birthday and I’m very upset they will not let us talk to a live customer service they give us a number to call but it’s clearly said that you can’t speak to a representative and then I went on the website they want you to pay $5 to talk to someone about canceling the order described and then they want you to give your bank information again and that’s the case they settled then they want you to pay pay more money when I tried to talk to the customer service they don’t let me tell them exactly what’s going on very bad business and I was very upset because I was counting on wish I never used a company before and thought I’d give him a try now I’m stuck here without my birthday outfit that I ordered online from wish unsatisfied customer can’t get ahold to anyone to talk to them about what’s going on or nothing
Suggested solution:
Make it easier for that we can talk to a live representative give us an exact date there are items will be to us stop pushing back the time of delivery I've now heard of people never getting that item from wish and it's been going on almost 2 months and I still haven't received my items were able to talk to anyone
