My complaint:

These are the orders i have not yet received, fist couple back in Febuary and the rest staggered and still waiting up till today, i paid byMasrer Card each and every time with my hard earned money, ive dealt with Wish for nearly 2 12 years, This to me is shocking service, very deceitful, underhanded and really needs investigating. Ive emailed them so many times and they send me a computer generated answer, that gives me absoutley no hope at all. Please help.

They have a record of my order history, they know these items havn't
been sent, i go through it so many times, and their answer is ' wait a bit longer' by the time i get some items they wont fit the intended family persons or they will be out of date. If there is a genuine reason why Wish
have stopped mailing, then i'd sure like to know, i have a friend who deals with Wish and has no problems receiving her mail. So why cant they do the decent thing and reply to let me know where my mail is. I have checked my personal details ontheir site, and all are correct.
