My complaint:
I have been a customer for a little while and I have a BIG ISSUE with this company about giving out a expected shipment date and the purchase DO NOT be here. Another thing is you all DO NOT update the tracking information and it makes me very upset because you are have not made any improvement on that. I try to give you all a chance on placing another order and I don’t see any improvement. I’m thinking that I might have to take my business elsewhere. I done had enough and I expect my shipment when I supposed to and I don’t. You all don’t even email me if any delays. I ordered some flushable wipes that was local in my town, I went to pick it up and the place was closed. It was in the afternoon and it don’t close until 5pm. The building was locked and that is false advertising. Never again I want do that again. It was too far anyway.
Suggested solution:
I need some updates on all my purchased items and when will I get it. I have waited long enough. I have a friend who placed a order and she gotten her purchase in two weeks. Please advised on my purchased item.
