My complaint:
Goodmorning, I’m one of the people who doesn’t like to complain. But today I’ve decided to say something. I ordered like 6 item over about a month or so. The item are either in the destination airport, at the destination custom area, or leaving the origin country. But the thing that gets me is they have been in these same positions for two weeks. And the tracker says you have 31 days left. You mean to tell me it takes a month for packages to travel from the west side of Chicago to the south side of Chicago, unbelievable. I ordered from you all because you usually have what I need, but I believe I can find it somewhere else next time
Suggested solution:
Get my packages to me shorter than a month or so. They are still sitting at the airport
