My complaint:
Without my knowledge or approval items from Wish were charged to my bank card. I notified my banking institution as well as Wish. I was told it may have been an error in the app. I was given mailing labels directly from Wish and instructed to return the items for quick return of my funds. I did so with no result, despite having the proof of delivery on the returns. I again attempted to contact Wish, at which time I found that my account had been suspended due to the issues I experienced. I still have not received my money as stated by the customer support agent.
Suggested solution:
I would like the immediate return of my funds.
