My complaint:
I purchased some radio microphones, on arrival they were not what I expected so I raised a return. I was sent the appropriate returns lable for my package to be sent back. I sent the parcel to them and have since then never received any payment! I am owed £129 and even after many emails this has not been resolved. I keep being told to go throught the appto make a complaint but this does not work as you can’t give specific problems. I’ve had email conversation but each time with someone different.
This is no good enough I paid my money in good faith. I followed the right proceedures to reurn the goods and I have not received my money.
Suggested solution:
They need resolve it by paying me back. there is no other solution.
