My complaint:

I ordered an item from wish, the description stated it is a set and not just one item but when I got the email ation it stated that it is a single ite, when I contacted wish they just ignored me being missold completely and just said they will forward the feedback to the supplier but they will do nothing for me on this order, they did not not even answer my questions and addressed my requests only a standard answer with sorry for the experience, after 3 emails I sent them a clear message stating I didn’t want a reply from an agent and rather a manager they closed my complaint without reply when raised again same standard reply they did not treat people fairly and encourage misselling of goods on their website and do not even rectify if wrong they make you guys feel like you are worthless

Suggested solution:

Firstly it should be delay by a manager now and he should review each and every message sent by me and the reply sent to me and then understand my concern and resolve by ation that the misselling information has been rectified for future on their website, I either get the goods as promised on the website on description or a refund, I should get an apology for the harassment and s compensation for their failure to provide service to me when I reached on multiple occasions
