My complaint:
I am absolutely livid I placed an order with with over 2 weeks ago, before I placed it I read and made sure it was being dispatched within 3-5 days and was coming from the UK. After ordering the details changed it now says it’s in china! Of all places when it is meant to be from the UK and now aparantly will be with me by the 25th of September!
Suggested solution:
They should cancel and refund me even as a goodwill gesture I’ve explained I bought for a present for my step daughter whose birthday was this week so obviously it’s not needed now as I’ve bought elsewhere I don’t see how they can say dispatched from UK IN 3-5 days then change to over 2 months and they won’t refund me and it’s still sat in china disgusting
