My complaint:

I ordered two products in April last year was informed that it would be delivered in October but they haven’t arrived.I have put in three letters of complaint and have had know reply once,so here goes another one.I ordered a set of different router bits 9 to be exactly also a set of tungsten cutters that where free as long as I paid the freight.Also I sent back a range finder to your Auckland address and also haven’t herd if they arrived or not it was couriers du Printemps to Auckland.This time I hope you have the decency to let me know if you are going to refund me or send me replacements
