My complaint:

I ordered items from wish on July 7,2020
I was able to go into account , now I get a new page with no order history , my items are paid for , it seems that I have been blocked from wish site, I have sent numerous emails to support @ wish . com , tried calling customer service number there was no real person to talk to, I cannot track items or view barcode for orders shipped to store, I keep getting updates from wish about what’s on sale and that various items left in my cart is on sale , so they have the information of what I ordered but I can’t view it. My order number is 5f039b8abe2717974691c872 I have sent this info and more to wish to no avail , I have been asked to reset password by link sent , all I get is error loading tap to retry, I’ve tried again and again I get nothing , then I get email that says try logging in from computer still nothing, this is frustrating , my ship to store items are supposed to be delivered today I’m no longer getting updates about orders already ordered through text or email, I have tried over and over and gotten no help from wish, I need my barcode to pick up order from store , and delivery date for other items that shipped to home address
I don’t have any info on when and if I will get my order since I can’t view my order history , view what’s in cart or anything . Thank you in advance

Send me the information I need to pick up my order from ship to store location and give me real answers about my account , and dates items will be. delivered at store location and home or refund my money .
