My complaint:
I ordered items set to arrive already. Nothing has come. Went on my Wish app to check status, and it says I have NEVER ordered from them. I’ve had several orders over the years. Now I cannot contact them except by email. Keep getting the same tired response, go to the app to request a refund. But app shows NO orders. I’ve reached out by email many times. The money came off my card for the orders. I want my money back or the items i ordered. Wish has become thieves!!
Suggested solution:
Give me my money or my items I ordered. And start having real customer service. Seems illegitimate to not have a phone number to actually talk to a customer service rep.
