Complaint: Locked out and unable to file return requests

My complaint:

Wish ran a promotion where you could place an order for an item for $0.50. I placed orders for items most I did not get. Some say did honor but at regular price without my permission. In trying to contact them I hit a brick wall. One of the sales did not go through my credit card company did not honor it. Because of this they locked me out of the account. I had Exchange 24 emails through their system, without being able to answer their reply, because of being locked out. Every reply I go to hit returns a 404 error message. We are at an impasse I have $300 worth of merchandise I don’t want that I paid for and I cannot get a hold of them and they refuse to contact me directly through email

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

We need to do an email dialogue outside of their system, or they need to open another account for me that references the problematic account. Or we can talk via the telephone, It doesn't matter. Most of the material I've received within the last 20 days and still within their return., if I could contact them we could resolve this.
