My complaint:
I placed orders at the start of May and I am still waiting for 4 items. The delivery date keeps changing but the Information on where it is hasn’t updated. I’d ordered these items specifically for my pregancy and for going into hospital to have my baby, which is now looking like I will end up having the baby before my items even arrive!
There’s no way to actually contact wish to speak to someone direct or about your individual problem, it’s just the same automated web chat service that goes through the same questions and outcome…..no help!
Suggested solution:
I would of liked to receive my items! However it's looking unlikely that I'll have a purpose for them by the time they come! I'd ideally like a full refund due to the extreme lateness and lack of information and communication from this company.
wish is trash, you always have to wait at least 2-3 months before you get anything
