My complaint:

I ordered several items. All to be delivered within a day of each other. Earrings.. Approximately 4 separate pairs, tattoo cover up concealer..and a r i ng.a knife set. Play prop money. Ect. Not one of these items showed up when i was told they would. I understand the distance over seas and many things take longer than others, however. As a on line consumer i am expecting certain things and order accuracy otherwise the on line shopping experience is ruined and my trust in the entire establishment of internet sales is clouded..i never have trusted on line shopping, its a unpleasant feeling paying for things i can not see touch or try on or visualize in person and to pay for them plus the shipping costs is even harder. Especially when it’s not proper item, not delivered timely fashion or item is wrong size or description was misleading and i feel decieved by the seller. . that being said i would like an complete refund of these purchases, id like to keep the item because i refuse to pay for it to be returned shipping costs. I feel that the item should be re sent if was incorrect and that an additional credit for the inconvenience and frustration im experiencing. Many of my purchases were intended as gifts and time was the essence in my receiving them by expected delivery date. The date wish promised they’d arrive by. Wish should not tell a customer an item will be delivered by a date if the confidence of delivery ia not a high level on the seller end. You guys know what it takes and should aim high not low when it comes to that. If an item should be there by the 3rd.. Say the 6th just to cover your end. Ots unprofessional and looks like bad business practice to cut the company reputation short by the inaccuracy. And im sure that it adds up refunding and resending free product. Thats loss of revenue and that’s not success.. Its a loss. Especially if that customer(me) does not return or word of mouth is not a gratifying positive experience. That being said the ball is in ypur court wish. . i will leave it to you as to my compensation and how my discrepancy is handled and rectified. Thank you.
