My complaint:
I ordered multiple items on 7th may and payment was taken immediately, not one of the 5 items I ordered had arrived!!! The tracking stopped working on the 26th may and now when I go to customer service I get an automatic message with 8 th may as delivery date for 4 items and 13th may delivery date for 1 item, I work as a health care assistant and some of the items were for comfort during long shifts due to vivid 19 I am seriously angry at this, don’t take payment and then keep changing delivery dates it’s almost a month from placing my order, I want my items and will NEVER use wish again I have also adviced everyone I work with and friends and family to boycott wish!
Suggested solution:
Get my items to me, apologise and compensate
