My complaint:
Two sets earrings have issues. The stems are bent on silver pair and gold pair has part of earring strand soldered to another strand.
Replace both sets of these earrings. Send a shipping label to return these for new ones.
Suggested solution:
Took pictures so you can see damage to both earring sets. Please replace both of these.
If you send postage paid tag I will return these two sets that are damaged.
I still would like to receive the earrings. So please replace theses and I will send back with a postage paid return from you.
