My complaint:
Last July 29, 2020 I received 2 notice of parcels to be claimed at Parañaque Postal Office, I am a Senior Citizen and we are now under Quarantine I cannot go there to pick-up the parcels. Hoping for the immediate delivery. Thank you God Bless.
Suggested solution:
I suggest that the items for pick-up at the Postal Office and my other items purchased be delivered in my mailing address, just to inform you I already received 1 of my purchased items from WISH was delivered by Pasay Postal Office personnel
