My complaint:
I pay for shipping every time I order on wish. I rarely order because I have never ever gotten a package on time from them. I am currently waiting on an item that I ordered on April 1st and it hasn’t even left China yet. It was supposed to be here by May 12 at the latest. Then that got extended to the 27th. I should not have to wait two months when I am paying for shipping. This is the worse company ever. I will not ever be purchasing anything else. It’s honestly ridiculous.
Suggested solution:
Return the money I paid for shipping. Try to have a better customer support system. Give a crap about your customers. Maybe just be decent I’m general instead of extorting people.
