My complaint:
I have made several complaint to wish customer support that the shoe I bought is small and if I could exchange the size. I have loaded pictures each time and wish seems not to respond appropriately to the complaint. They don’t seem to want to refund or allow me to exchange for another size.it was clearly stated that I can return the item if unhappy on their purchase page.
Suggested solution:
Either give me a full refund or send me correct details on where to return the item or a clearer way to process refund .
