The item I purchased has arrived but it is not as I thought it would be. It has poor sound quality, the cable does not fit securely to the USB port, and no earmuff included. I have tried endlessly to reach Wish Reps

3 years ago - I have made relentless efforts to contact Wish. They're does not accept phone calls. I received a notice that they would be in touch within 3 days (that was the 23rd of Oct 2020.

3 years ago - I have tried to reach Wish but to no avail. I did receive correspondence on the 23rd saying they would be in touch with in 3 days. That was on Oct 23, 2020. Today is October 29th
