My complaint:
Back on 515, I ordered reman Samsung earbuds. The last tracking info I have on the item is May 27. That is not good enough tracking information.
What’s worse is that when you try to track the package on the WISH website, it doesn’t work.
What’s even worse is their on-line chat customer service. It is pre-programmed. You can’t actually tell them about your concern or displeasure.
Finally, WISH has no customer service phone number.
Suggested solution:
1. Expedite shipping of my order. In this day where things can be shipped overnight or within a day, two or three.
2. Have an actual customer service live shat service.
3. Fix the broken tracking on the WISH website.
4. Have a customer service telephone number.
