My complaint:
On December 16 2020 l received an email saying my bike had been delivered.
No bike was delivered, to date l have 36 emails in correspondence from WISH. It is impossible to speak to anyone. Everything is automated, meaning you repeat over and over again the same details.
They are thieves taking money and not delivering goods. They should not be allowed to trade.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

EITHER REPLACEMENT BIKE OR A REFUND
