My complaint:
I ordered a ring, for days up until yesterday it said on the tracker in NSW. I live in Perth, today shows as delivered 13th, 3 days ago. I have not received this and when i go into support it says if you dont receive it in 5 days contact us…well tbis same message has been displayed since the actual delivered date of 10th Dec.
Suggested solution:
Track my item and inform me of this status.
