My complaint:
I purchased clothes and other items for my baby daughter on wish, May 16th. I was aware that the delivery process would take longer because of the Corona virus. We’re now in August and I just checked the delivery update and it has been once again pushed back to a later date in SEPTEMBER. Babies grow very quickly by the time I receive these items they would no longer fit. I’ve tried contacting wish through the app, which directs you to an online bot that isn’t able to resolve any issues and the contact number given on the website does not accept customer’s calls. There’s no way of reaching anyone.
Suggested solution:
I would like to get a refund for items I didn't receive and probably won't receive for months to come.
I pd for my order and I did not receive my order. I am a customer that buys a lot from wish but I want my order I paid for
