Wish complaint: Item not received

My complaint:

I ordered am item on 2nd May. It was supposed to come by 15th, then 30th, Now 14 th June. I am fed up with it.

Suggested solution:

Either send it or cancel and refund. It is very bad service. Can’t even talk to anyone.
