Wish complaint: Item not delivered and faulty item

My complaint:

Ordered shirt over 2 months ago and still has not arrived. Also the last diamond painting ordered is kinked so picture is unusable.

Suggested solution:

Send my shirt or refund money, on the picture refund my money.
