My complaint:

I purchased an item (order 5eaee9dba55752f8e482375a) through wish on May 3rd. The latest tracking was last updated on May 10. Since that time the estimated delivery date keeps getting pushed out when the delivery day arrives and no item. Each time there is still no tracking update and no package.

Suggested solution:

Send a new item or refund my money
