My complaint:
Never ordered a bike carrier but they charged me and shipped me a piece of junk and it’s impossible to get this resolved I will never order from them I’m calling consumers tomorrow and my credit card company wish has done nothing to resolve this
Suggested solution:
Credit my credit card ly and have any type of customer support other than nothing
